We are located at Adenta, Greater Accra, Ghana.
2. Do you deliver across Ghana?
Yes. We deliver across Ghana using various courier services.
3. How long does delivery take?
• Same-day delivery: Available in Accra (for orders placed before 1:00 pm)
• Next-day delivery: Accra
• 1–2 working days: Nationwide (Ghana)
• 3–5 working days: Economy delivery option (Ghana)
Delivery times may vary during promotions or public holidays.
4. How much is delivery?
Delivery fees depend on your location and selected delivery option. Exact rates will be communicated before the courier picks up your order, however, orders above ₵650 automatically qualify for free shipping within Ghana.
5. Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes. Pickups are allowed, but must first be communicated to confirm availability. This comes at no additional cost.

7. Can I pay on delivery?
Pay on Delivery is available within Accra only and requires order confirmation before dispatch.

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
